These are the toners that are a part of the Tressa Liteworx Lift & Tone System. The unique LTC complex allows you to lift to 7 levels while toning and conditioning the hair. With a specially designed formula and powerful lifting agents, toning and conditioning ingredients create a full spectrum of beautiful highlights in half the time of double process service.
