How to use:

For a thin line, apply using the thin side of the Liner Obsessed paddle. Carefully draw the line across your eyelid.

For a thick line, apply using thick side of the Liner Obsessed paddle. Carefully draw the line across your eyelid.

For a winged liner, follow either step above for either a thick or thin base, then create a wing by extending the line using the thin side of the paddle.
